Zigman/Shields has begun construction at Carlsbad Gas & Car Wash in Carlsbad. The new fueling station, car wash and lube & tune is location on Palomar Airport Road on the site of the new Lowe’s store. The project will be managed by Bud Coberly and supervised by Dave Wright.
