Remodeling has begun at PacTrust in La Mesa. Zigman/Shields is updating this one hundred year old building on Palm Avenue to accommodate a new commercial tenant in the front portion of the building while renovating the rear residential area. Jorge Pineda is superintendent with Bud Coberly as project manager. The designer is Vicki Piazza with Carrier Johnson, and the project is anticipated to be complete in early 2017.
