Construction has been completed in El Monte, California at LOGOS Evangelical Seminary. The project encompassed the renovation and additions to two buildings totaling 26,000 square feet in addition to over 100,000 square feet parking lot and landscape work. The project was completed in just over one year and the Zigman/Shields team included Bud Coberly project manager and Ben Allen superintendent. The two buildings house LOGOS’ new state-of-the-art library, IT center, classrooms, café, staff offices and prayer garden.
