Zigman/Shields has begun construction at Expressway Shopping Center in Perris, California.  The three-month project consists of a "facelift" of the exterior façade of the entire center.  Also, all landscaping will be replaced along with sealing and restriping the parking lot.

Zigman/Shields has begun the ground-up construction of a new car wash in Ontario, California.  Empire Design Group, of Murrieta is the designer and Bud Coberly and Ben Allen are leading the Zigman/Shields team on this project.  The three-month project is scheduled to be open in September, 2017.
